This seminar will include information and handouts that attendees will be able to immediately use to increase the effectiveness of their Human Resources function and ensure compliance with critical employment laws. This seminar will be presented by The Starr Group's Human Resources Specialist, Jim Rittgers. Jim's credentials include 20 years of HR and Safety experience, an MBA from Marquette University, and Lifetime certification as a "Senior Professional in Human Resources" (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
